Berlian Laju Tanker's Theoritical Price IDR789 per Share

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has set the theoritical price of PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk's shares (BLTA) at IDR789 per unit, IDX acting head of stock trading division, Andre Toelle, said in an announcement today.He said IDX has set the theoritical price as Berlian Laju Tanker has planned to hold a rights issue with ratio of 3:1 in a bid to raise IDR591.731 billion. He said the theoritical price has been decided after calculating the 3:1 rights issue at offering price of IDR425 per share.According to him,

Berlian Laju Tanker's share price by the end of the cum rights issue date in the regular market on July 7, 2009, was IDR910 per share, so IDX has set the theoritical price at IDR788.75 per share for reference of trading, and finally has rounded up the price to IDR789 per share.
